Feeling Anxious All the Time? Here’s What You Need to Know
All of us have anxiety occasionally or once in a while, especially when we’re worried about something or stress out about something. So, but anxiety becomes an issue when it’s persistent.
So, if there is too much anxiety, you know, we have a difficult, the way we can figure out, we have a difficult time sleeping, focusing, relaxing. We have a, you know, we can’t, we have a hard time interacting with our friends and family. So, you know, like some people who drink and then when drink is going withdrawal, it can lead to severe anxiety.
So, usually it is because of the day to day stresses and we all here and there deal with it. But if we become persistent, then we should definitely consult a, consult a physician. And to be honest, if it’s really persistent, we should seek the psychotherapy also.
And persistent anxiety is not good for our health, like it raises our blood pressure, you know, our heart starts beating fast, we feel shaky and all of that. So, so, you know, this is the best advice I can give. You deal with your stresses, you figure it out.
